Medical Tests for Cardiac Abnormalities?

I have 10 year history of bulimia and anorexia No major medical complications other than GERD and dental, been through treatment 5 times, had a 6 month period of recovery, and am at the end of a severe 7month relapse, where I probably lost 30-40 punds. Random sharp pains in chest and abdomen last 3 weeks, Pulse has been erratic last 3 weeks, gradually worsening, sometimes very slow and "pounding" and then skipping entire beats this past Sunday night. Began drinking pedialyte that night, as well as two airborne a day, and ceased purging completely, and began eating my meal plan. Though pulse is normal, I am still having random sharp pains in chest, as well as tightness, sometimes feels like "raw nerve pain" in my left breast. very weak feeling left arm, which gets worse later in the day, and went numb last night. What are the best tests for my GP to run to check for any heart abnormalities?
