It's taking me a little longer to update this blog at the moment and keep up with all the inspiring blogs out there! I haven't forgotten any of you! My task over the past week and a half has been to begin introducing a meal plan everyday to off set binge episodes. I knew it wasn't going to be easy but I'm finding it very difficult, especially with the timing of meals while I'm at work. That's just planning them, not eating them.
It's important to change slowly, one meal, snack at a time. I'm starting with breakfast, cereal with fruit juice, I've managed it once and to me that's a start. The rest of the mornings I have made myself sit down eat the food and held out 30 minutes without purging, only once I began to binge afterwards.
I feel like I have to trick myself into it to get past the feeling sick stage; I know it's only a sensation and keeping busy is the key.
I'm sticking at this stage for awhile longer, as fustrating as it feels it has to change slowly.
