My PE teacher is haveing me do this for her because she is planning on running a marathon and a half marathon so this is why i would like to know so that i can get a good grade and pass high school i am a gymnast and i dont really like running and so i am just doing this for my PE teacher who is 47 years old and has been running her whole entire life please help me so that i can get a good grade and be done
