If you are wanting to learn to row, check out the rowing classes offered at 12:00pm Monday-Thursday in Ford/Burnham for the Fall Quarter. These are taught by the Stanford Rowing Coaches and also offer the opportunity to get on the water as well on the weekend.

Want to pass the time while on a cardio piece of equipment? Try taking a towel to cover the time and sprinting from 10-15 seconds when you complete each page. You will get a great sweat plus the time will fly by especially if you have a good book.

Steve mentioned earlier that there were pick up games in the ACSR. I just wanted to say that the 12pm to 1:15pm games in the ACSR on Monday-Thursday involve a wide variety of Faculty/Staff at all ability levels. Everybody has a chance to play. Definitely a good sweat!
