Track your exercise minutes the week of 10/26-10/30 to help Stanford defend its title in the Pac-10 Fitness Challenge, an exercise competition among the campuses in the PAC-10 conference. Simply log your exercise minutes Monday through Friday at http://pac10challenge.com to help Stanford retain the title of most physically active university in the conference.
Students, staff, faculty, alumni and supporters can enter up to two hours of exercise a day. All forms of exercise are accepted. So whether you walk, bike, run, swim, lift weights or do any other fitness-related activity, your routine will help Stanford stay on top.
