Cardio/Sculpt Interval is a 90-minute class consisting of cardio intervals (including jump rope, floor drills, and simple movements on the step) alternating with conditioning segments using hand weights, resistance bands, and more. We'll keep moving so you'll get a great aerobic workout while sculpting the whole body. The final 20 minutes will focus on core strengthening and deep stretching. Modifications will be offered to adjust the intensity of the moves, and all levels of participants are welcome.
