A full-body, conditioning workout for all levels designed to enhance muscle definition, balance, and strength to reduce workplace injuries and improve overall health. The weight machines, free weights, and other apparatus are organized into a circuit. All weight training equipment will be provided. Bring a mat or a towel, water bottle.Sections 1 & 2, bring your Stanford ID card for admittance into the building. Section 2
