2 Great Resources for Beginning Runners

I have to admit that a lot of our Treadmill Trainer clients are beginners who are looking to learn to run or become better runners after a period of time away from running.

So with that in mind, I decided to put together a few helpful running workouts for beginners and an 8-week running plan to help the absolute beginner gear up for a 5k run.
