If you have been following along over the last couple of weeks "One More Set" has been getting hit with a number of spam links to an affiliate weight loss program. This onslaught has caused me to begin moderating comments, which I wasn't pleased to do.
If you want to see my reaction read "Fatlossity=Moneylossity".
So this morning I see another comment from Jasmine(new commenter) pushing a link to a blog called "the Daily Skinny". I automatically think that this is just another spam attempt and discard her comment.
I decide to follow the link and see what it is all about and if it is related to "Fatlossity". And lo and behold it is...but this time I have a different reaction. It is a weight loss blog, administered by the same author, Stephen Cabral, and a good one.
The presentation is good(much better than this blog-there is only so much you can do with free), updated daily and chock full of useful tid-bits of information. The blog is also associated with a number of other weight loss and health blogs, so there is plenty to see.
Here is the link if you are interested; http://thedailyskinny.com
So my apologies to Stephan Cabral. My view of "Fatlossity" still stands, but "the Daily Skinny" is something different all together.
And thank you Jasmine for your recommendation.
