First I want to thank everyone for there recent comments on a recent post that I did. It sometimes takes others inputs and observations for me to see things in a different light. Sometimes my way of thinking is one sided and then I have trouble seeing the situation for other than what it really is. It helped listening to others and made me realize how I really was being to hard on myself and am constantly beating myself up. Hopefully that way of thinking will change quickly.
Now after today’s workout I think it might
It was after this workout that I felt like something finally clicked with me and all that you guys said finally sunk in.
My workout was a bit better than the previous one and for that I am relieved and it gave me a sense that I am doing OK and that I am working hard at this no matter what my inner self says.
So today I did the following cardio:
- 32 minutes on Elliptical Trainer @ 2.04 miles, Level 17-19, Average speed 3.83 mph & 695 calories burned.
- 50 minutes on Treadmill (includes a 5 minute cool-down) @ 2.95 miles, Incline 7-10%, Average speed 2.59 mph & 825 calories burned.
So for today I did 82 minutes and burned 1520 calories. 
I have to say that it was better than Fridays workout and well worth the trip to the gym after work today. I was a bit nervous about how I would perform but I worried for no reason cause it was better than I expected.
On that not I am tired and ready for bed. Since tomorrow I will be a bit busy and running late because of training I probably won’t be posting till my day of on Tuesday. Then come Wednesday it is Fitness Test Day and total body and fat measurements. Now that makes me nervous as well.
