Heyyyy! Hope you had a great weekend! We just got back from Jacksonville, and it was a blasty :D

Megan and I met up at oven yoga yesterday and her pilot took the class with us. He described it as 'rainforest yoga'. The room was the HOTTEST it had ever been, the instructor was not as good, and there was 80% humidity. Needless to say, it was a rough class!
We went back to the amazing hotel and Megan and her pilot walked around the shops nearby and my pilot and I napped by the pool. It was beeeaaauuuutiful.
We got ready for dinner and the four of us went to the Melting Pot for a little fondue.
Here's the pilot and I:

Megan and her pilot:

We were so stoked that they had organic wine! Megan and I happily shared a bottle :D
Here's my glass (with Megan's pilot making a face in the background):

We got the Big Night Out, which includes 4 courses: cheese course, salad, entree (we chose the Fusion and substituted more shrimp instead of the chicken, because we all know how much I love ze little shrimp ), and DESSERT.
Melty, beautiful cheese (a mix of Gruyere, Fontina, Basil and Roasted Red Pepper Pesto):

The 'dippers':
Bread (god bless them for having wheat)

Veggies and apples:

House salad with no dressing:

Mine and the pilot's entree: (Megan and I got veggie broth to dip our veggies and the seafood into; the boys had a meaty broth for their beef/pork/chicken)

(I ate all the shrimp)
Extra veggies:

The pilot ate all of the lobster and I didn't even get a bite!!!
I was very saddened by the lack of lobster in my life:

My frown quickly disappeared when they brought out the best part of the meal: dessert!!!
The lovely dippers were marshmallows, rice crispy treats, brownie, cheesecake, strawberries and nanners:

(We were celebrating Meg's pilot's bday, so their dippers had a little candle on top)
Megan and I chose dark chocolate with BAILEYS added in:

The boys had dark chocolate with peanut butter mixed in!!!
Yes, it was a treat night, and I lived it up to the fullest :D
We stayed at the restaurant until the manager kicked us our, went back to our respective hotel rooms and crashed.
Waking up for oven yoga was not an easy task this morning, but Megan and I made it and had an awesome class. If you're ever in the Jacksonville area, definitely try out a Bikram class at Bikram Yoga Jacksonville. The owner, Rob is seriously incredible (Jenny McCarthy liked him so much, she flew him to Cali to do a yoga photo shoot with her)-- extremely personable and a great instructor. He referred to Megan and I as Valdosta (as in "What's up, Valdosta?") :D
After yoga, we took the puppies to the beach for the first time!!
Bella and Viesa LOVED the ocean and both swam like little water doggies.
Here's Bella:

Viesa:

The familia:

They're a little stinky from their adventure in the ocean --we washed them in the little shower at the beach but it didn't help-- and are getting baths as soon as I finish this post.
On the way home, I had to stop at Whole Foods and the pilot had his first hot bar experience.
Here's my delicious feast:

With coconut water:

How I love thee, Whole Foods :D
I also ate this scrumptious bar from One Lucky Duck that Megan got me (earlier in the day, around beachtime):

And here's b-fast:

(Yes, I took the pic after devouring the oatmeal after yoga)
+ 1 banana + 1 mini Larabar before yoga :D
We got back a little while ago from our crazy fabulous mini vacay, and now the girls are exhausted:

Time to bathe these puppies, start the insane amount of laundry (the stinky Bikram clothes are already in the washer), then crash out!!
I'll see ya on St. Patty's Day, bloggies :D

G
