Whoever thought that your favorite childhood recess activity could help you get fit and fine? According to my personal trainer, jumping rope is actually one of the most effective cardio activities you can partake of. By doing it for 20 minutes, you can burn 200 calories; this is as much as a 10-minute mile run, without the strain on your knees and ankles. It's a wonderful upper and lower body workout that helps burn fat, increase stamina, firm muscles, and improve your coordination. I'll skip to that!
