What’s an ideal weight for my height?
This is a popular question that pops up when I do my assessment with new clients.
It’s a little bit different than your basic BMI. Instead of giving you a number it gives you a range of weights that are healthy for your specific body.
This is a great tool to use when you’re trying to figure out how much weight you should lose. Instead of just picking a number out from the air you can see what is recommended for your height and create your goals accordingly. It’s also a fool-proof way to keep your goals realistic and attainable.
When using the chart below make sure you’re honest with yourself. Don’t say you have a small frame when you really have the opposite.
