Many people get stuck in a routine of doing the same type of cardio, at the same intensity, for the same duration. To continue to reach your goals, challenge your body by changing your cardio routine. Try a new piece of equipment, a group fitness class, or a new program (i.e. intervals) to help you regenerate your body and surpass that plateau!
