Crossfit Kettlebell Daily Workout for Fat Loss

I was scanning youtube.com today for a good kettlebell weight loss workout to try out and found this nice little combination:





Although very simple, a series of full body workouts such as this will put you into oxygen extremely fast and really elevate the metabolism nicely. Remember, a fast metabolism will burn fat at rest and that is what we want here!



As you can see from the simplicity of this routine, if you want to burn fat just put together a couple of full body movements, keep the reps high, and keep moving hard for at least 20 minutes (15 minutes if you are going like crazy)! You want to push your body into oxygen debt and into that lactic acid threshold. Basically, you should feel nauseous during the end of you workout. I know it is uncomfortable to work that hard but that is what you need to really drive up the metabolism.



When I first started using kettlebells I would have to lie down after most sets because I was so dizzy from O2 debt, but I lost fat like crazy!
