Cut The Hydroxycut!

In early May, the Food and Drug Administration warned consumers to immediately cease using Hydroxycut.

As this popular weight loss supplement is linked to serious liver damage and at least one reported death.

The manufacturer, Iovate Health Sciences, recalled 14 different Hydroxcut products.

Touted as being made from 'natural' ingredients, Hydroxycut products have reportedly cause side effects that range from mild jaundice (yellowing of the skin) to complete liver failure.

1. There is NO magic pill

2. Dietary supplements are NOT regulated by the FDA in the same fashion as medications, and manufacturers are NOT required to prove that these products are safe and effective.

3. Never put something into your body that is supposed to effective your metabolism or natural physiological processes.
