DAY #8 - INJURED

I did a leg workout today. I mixed in the bike and 10 minutes on the eliptical. My foot felt pretty good! I really think it's getting better. I'm DIEING to do more cardio. Friday will be an all cardio day and I think it's going to feel really good.



I've really gotten my eating under control this week. I've eaten basically the same thing every day. Take a look:



6:15am - Protein Oatmeal

9:15am - Apple, Go Lean Cereal, Sunflower seeds

12:15pm - Hungry Girl Special Salad, Cottage Cheese

3:15pm - Edamame, Cottage Cheese

6:15pm - Fage Yogurt, Almonds

7:30pm - Shrimp, Mixed Vegetables



I haven't been that hungry so I think this is a plan I'm going to follow for a while and just make small changes. It really makes it easier to eat the same things day to day.



I did have a Diet Dr Pepper today. I didn't even think! It sounded good and I grabbed. I really want to cut down and not drink this crap. I don't drink a lot usually but I'd really like to cut it out completely.



MY 10 RULE RESULTS:


1. No drinking calories - Accomplished

2. No eating after 9pm (10pm on weekends and days off) - 8:30PM

3. No more than 1700 calories - 1650 Calories

4. 5-6 meals per day of clean healthy food - Yes

5. Eat every 3 hours - Yes

6. Continue to get my butt up early and to the gym or the living room to work out - Yes

7. Eat at least 30 grams of fiber - 39.5 grams

8. 40 - 40 - 20 ratio of clean food on most days - 164 protein, 158.5 carbs, 40.5 fat

9. Take my vitamins every day - Yes

10. Report back every day - Yes
