Black Friday hangover editon! Get roughed up out shopping with the masses yesterday? Time to build some upper body strength:

Daily Exercise Plan:

Warm up - (5 minutes)
Elliptical - (10 minutes)
Barbell Bench Press / Pullups - 3(10)(*)
Incline flyes / One arm dumbbell rows - 2(8)(10)
Dumbbell shoulder press seated on exercise ball - 3(10)
Elliptical - (10 more minutes)
Cool Down and stretch - (5-10 minutes)
