DFP for Wednesday, 12-3

The key to a good workout when they’re this short is intensity. Except for the warm ups you should be going all out with every exercise.
Sorry there’s no link to the seated calf raises. Simply sit on a bench and place a dumbbell or some other weight over your knees. Then flex your calves to raise your knees and the weight up and down.

Daily Exercise Plan:

Warm Up - (5 min)
Elliptical cardio - (10 min)
Leg extensions / Leg Curls - 3(10)(10)
Seated calf raises / Leg raises - 3(10)(*)
Elliptical cardio - (10 min)
Cool down - (5 min)

Daily Eating Plan:
