So what better way to follow that than with another butt oriented blog post.

Exercise In Front Of The TV #12
Incline Bridge




Do The Incline Bridge:
  • Lay on your back with your feet on top of your sofa
  • Make sure your hip and knee is at 90 degrees
  • Flatten your lower back against the floor
  • Lift your hips by pushing through your heels
  • Hold at the top for 3 seconds, then lower back down

Goal For Incline Bridge:
  • Perform 12-15 repetitions in a row for 2 to 3 sets
