Fast weight loss workout
I was really pressed for time yesterday since I had a ton of things I needed to get done and couldn't spend hours in the gym. That was fine with me since I'm dropping some bodyfat anyway and only needed to be in the gym for 30 minutes or so. Here's the fast weight loss workout that I used.
*Note:Everything is done in supersets and with 30 second rest in-between*
A1)Barbell Deadlift 3 sets of 12 rep
A2)Incline Barbell Chest Press 3 sets of 12 reps
B1)Single Leg Extensions 3 sets of 15 reps
B2)Seated Cable Row 3 sets of 12 reps
C1)Dips 3 sets of 12 reps
C2)Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 10 reps
Total Workout Time: 31 Minutes
