FBGs Featured on Motivation to Move

Posted Nov 03 2009 10:01pm

MTM For a number of years, I’ve been listening to a podcast called Motivation to Move. I used to listen to it during my commute to the day job, and nowadays I listen to the hourish-long show during my long marathon training runs. The show is full of good information and tips and just plain fun. Some of it is a little cheesy, but I like cheese. And it sure is a good way to keep motivated about working out regularly and eating right.

About a week ago, I wrote Motivation to Move’s founder, Scott Smith, a thank-you letter for all of the great podcasts over the years. I also mentioned that I had this little site here, in case he was interested in passing it along to his wife, who I know loves to get online for healthy recipes. You might imagine my surprise when I was out running 13 miles last Saturday and heard Scott read my letter word-for-word during his podcast.  It was amazing, and I was very flattered. Thanks so much, Scott!

If you guys are interested in hearing the podcasts, click here. And be sure to check out the full Motivation to Move website!
