I ran today on the treadmill.  I waited to write this blog so I could see how my shin splint was feeling.  It is beginning to be a constant ache.  Yuck!  I was hoping that this wouldn’t happen.  Here is the workout low down:

Treadmill:

Ran for 30 minutes at a pace that varied between 5.8- 6.5 mpr with an incline between 2.0 at the speed of 5.8 and .5 when I ran 6.5.  I had to take 3 walk breaks for about 2-3 minutes each.  In 30 minutes I ran almost 2.75 miles.  Then I walked backwards for 6 minutes with varied incline from 5 to 12.  Then did some karaokes on the treadmill.  I worked out for 46 minutes on the treadmill and sweat like a pig.  It was 70 degrees in the gym and I was hot.

My weight training was so minimal I am not even going to write it down.  I am hoping to be more focused tomorrow.  I think I should do abs again since I didn’t complete them the other day.
