Instinctive Eating
We've discussed this a little bit on The Fitcast yesterday but instinctive eating is a concept that flat out intrigues me. I don't want to have to worry about eating protein and carbs every meal or not eating carbs and fat together. I want to eat how I feel that day and for my activity levels that day.
If I don't want those damn vegetables...
Now at the same time I do feel that strict eating, while not for everyone, becomes a habit instead of a practice. This habit might just be what keep us healthy in the long run.
Was that just a useless nutrition ramble? Not really, either way I'm eating well so now what's ANOTHER excuse for why you can't?
