Jump To It!

It's happened to us all. You leave work and speed to the gym. You've got to be home by six o'clock. You switch into your gym clothes so fast you could be a quick change artist. You practically run out of the dressing room only to discover that all the good cardio equipment is taken again. You have your choice of the stationary bike whose seat can't be adjusted or the Stairmaster stuck on the "Let's climb Mount Everest in 30 minutes", setting. How nice it would be to have the budget and the room for cardio equipment at home you think as you clear the tree line on Everest. The simple solution is a mini-trampoline. They are inexpensive (about $25) and easy to store in a closet or under a bed. They are easy on your joints and give you a great workout. I use mine when I'm watching my favorite television show or take it out on the patio and oversee the kids while I jog. No more missed workouts all you have to do is jump to it.
