Happy Humpday!
Today I slept in a little (and it felt so good), took the puppers out and had a banana "sandwich" and some coffee before going to do weights.


Upper body:

| Side to front lateral raises | 5 lbs each, 3 sets of 12 |
| Overhead dumbbell tricep extension | 15 lbs, 3 sets of 12 |
| Pull with rotation | 40 lbs, 3 sets of 12 on each side |
| Overhead press and twist | 8 lbs each, 3 sets of 10 |
| Compound row | 50 lbs, 3 sets of 10 |
| Lower back machine | 50 lbs, 3 sets of 12 |
| Cable straight bar bicep curls | 30 lbs, 3 sets of 12 |
| Total time: 35 mins | |
After the gym, I came home to make some b-fast: 1/2 cup oatmeal made with water, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, cinnamon and topped with 1/4 Blueberry Vanilla Crackle Honest Foods granola plank.

I am amazed by the deliciousness of this meal. The granola plank makes it so crunchy, filling and decadent-- Honest Foods has a newfound lifelong customer. I'm going to order some ASAP. If you haven't tried these, I promise that they're hyped up for a reason- they're that good. They are calorie-dense, and I wish they didn't have sugar, but they're all-natural (no creepy ingredients) and 1/4 plank goes a long way and tastes sooooooo amazing. It took a lot of willpower to manually crumble to plank because I no kidding wanted to eat it straight.
I'm about to finish my last 5 scrapbook pages (10 down, 5 to go) and get those babies turned in (!), choreograph for Zumba, study schmudy, and teach spin later this afternoon.

After the gym, I came home to make some b-fast: 1/2 cup oatmeal made with water, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, cinnamon and topped with 1/4 Blueberry Vanilla Crackle Honest Foods granola plank.
