Lift Strong

Posted Aug 24 2008 2:58pm

I recently purchased the Lift Strong CD online last week and received it yesterday. I am so excited to read the articles in this CD because I have heard the quality of training information is incredible. This CD is a compilation of training articles by some of the best and brightest fitness writers/trainers in the world. At over 800 pages it is packed full of great information to help you burn fat and build muscle. Even better, all the proceeds are donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society! I am not trying to write an advertisement here, but if you can help fight cancer and get in better shape at the same time, then why not? Here is a list of the authors on this CD:

Adam Campbell; Alan Aragon; Bill Hartman; Bob Youngs; Brian Grasso; Chad Waterbury; Charles Staley; Chris Mohr; Chris Shugart; Craig Ballantyne; Dan John; Dave Tate; Dax Moy; The Doorman; Eric Cressey; Gray Cook; Brett Jones; Harry Selkow; Jack Reape; James Smith; Jason C Brown; Jim "Smitty" Smith; Jason Ferruggia; Jimmy Smith; Joe DeFranco; Joe Dowdell; Joe Stankowski; John Alvino; John Berardi; Julia Ladewski; Keith Scott; Lee Taft; Lori Incledon; Lou Schuler; Lyle McDonald; Mark Philippi; Michael Stare; Mike Boyle; Mike Mahler; Mike Mejia; Mike Robertson; Mike Rousell; Nick Grantham; Pat Beith; Pavel Tsatsouline; Rachel Cosgrove; Robert Dos Remedios; Ryan Lee; Steve Shafley; Susan Hill; TC Luoma; Todd Hamer; Tony Gentilcore; Tony Reynolds and Zach Even-Esh.

Pretty crazy isn't it? All my favourite writers are on here so I am pumped! Now I just need to make time to read it all. I quickly browsed through a great article by Zach Even-Esh last night and really liked what I saw so I am happy with my purchase even without the charitable donation. If you are trying to lose weight and build muscle, you really should spend time reading what the real experts have to say, the strength and conditioning coaches and athletes. The Lift Strong CD is a great place to start for obvious reasons so go pick a copy up yourself!
If you haven't heard of Alwyn Cosgrove or Dave Tate or any other authors in this CD, check out the video clip below for an introduction.
