First and foremost, thanks to those who have commented on the last post with congratulations and words of encouragement! There are times when I feel like I’ve failed or let myself down, but all I have to do is to just go here and read all the nice comments I get back up and keep on going. After a weekend of celebrating with family and friends I promised myself to get back on track and keep at living a healthy and fit life.
One of my goals as a year older is to exercise at least 4 times a week. As for eating, it’s kind of a tough one. I love my good food and in my head I’ve been more lenient at what tastes good (aka junk food) versus what is good for me. I know there are so many ways to make healthy food taste delicious but I have yet to find out what. Any suggestions? ;) I’m not a cook, although I admire those who do, and not having my own kitchen is also tough because if I want to try to make something I have to get all the ingredients and ends up costing lots of money. Another goal of mine is to stop making excuses and try to make something on my own at least once a week that isn’t cake or brownies out of a box. LOL. And another goal? Post more on this blog at least 3 times a week. Between my full time job, wedding planning and working out, there has to be time, right?
Here’s a favorite picture from our engagement party I’d like to share.

Have a good week everyone!
