I did both a cardio and strength training workout on Monday. It was OK and I guess I can live with that. I will make this brief only because I am tired plus I can’t remember all that I did with my training workout with Chris. So I am only posting the cardio portion. The cardio training was for 40 minutes and my strength training with Chris was for 45 minute. Monday was chest and back day.
Also I have both Tuesday and Wednesday off from my workouts so I can rest my body and mind for the Fitness test and evaluation that I am having on Wednesday. I will post about that when I can.
So for Cardio I did:
- 40 minutes on Treadmill @ 2.30 miles, Average speed 3.45 mph, Incline 7-10% & 703 Calories burned.
So that was OK for what I did. I was hoping to do more but I had to get downstairs and train with Chris.
That too went OK for what we did. It was nothing special cause he didn’t want me to overdo it because of the upcoming Fitness test. He wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be sore so I good be a my best health for the test.
So that’s it for now. My eating is also going pretty good and that is on track as well. So no major setbacks today except for a little attitude issue on my part. Then again that’s another story that I will be keeping to myself, sorry
