Motivation for Fat Loss

A lot of people struggle with the motivation part of reaching their weight loss goals. When I get women to join my Fit Chick Express Group, I find that the reason most of them are joining for the motivation.

Motivation can be hard, especially if aren’t even sure what things you can do to keep you motivated. I found this video that explains 10 ways that can help you stay motivated! They are the same exact things talk to my clients about all the time.
