Over dieting Dangers
This is typically the time of year when I get a call or email from a potential client who is just disappointed. They've spent all summer dieting down hard to get into shape and now they've just become a smaller version of themselves.
There's nothing sexy about that....
They've over dieted to the point that their body has been forced to chew away at muscle tissue. All while they were too afraid to eat carbs . Sound like you?
Carbs aren't the enemy and can actually aid in fat loss if they are used correctly. The body has a fantastic way of trying to keep the "peace" in their body and if you give it less fuel, it'll require less fuel to be used. It's also a reason that we see so many thyroid issues in today's society.
Every critical hormone in our boy goes down when we under eat . The problem then becomes when most people don't even know when they under eat . People will eat four or five meals with no where near the calories that their body needs to maintain its "fire".
You have to think of your body has a fire, give it less wood and the fire isn't as warm and doesn't burn as long. Give it all the wood it needs and you'll be warm for days.
I'll leave it at this, your normal body heat is 96.7%. That's pretty hot and therefore requires more calories then you need to stay at that level . Take your morning temp , that tells you a lot of quality information.
