Own it!

I know it has taken a long time (a year and a half, since having my son) and other women have progressed so much quicker than I but I have lost 70 pounds and it took gradually revamping my lifestyle and my relationship with food while adding in yoga, walking, and kickboxing. I worked to get where i am. i need to start owning that and really be proud of myself.
For a while there, I got down on myself because it was taking too long to lose the weight, but as long as I'm out there working out, trying to eat right, doing what I can, I shouldn't be ashamed. And neither should anyone else! If you're at least trying, that's an accomplishment in itself! OWN THAT. Be proud of what you've done so far. Don't let what still needs doing bring you down.
