Over the course of four months Paul made changes to how he ate, how he exercised, and his overall perspective on how to live better.

Project Wrap-Up
Although, Paul still has some room to go, the Project was a success. He lost an average of one pound per week, adopted new health behaviors, put himself out of the comfort zone, and learned how to make the better food choices, and improve his portion control.
Recommendations For The Final 13 lbs.
Set next time goals: 6 more lbs by April (2 months), last 7 lbs by July (3 months)
Look to skip the dailyMountain Dew and chocolate chip granola bar (390 cals total)
Continue changing cardio and strength program every 4-6 weeks
Shoot for 4-6 meals/snacks per day, instead of 2-3
