Relearning the basic kettlebell movements for fitness

Kettlebell training is great for weight loss and improving your fitness levels. I like to work hard on the basic movements and then throw in a funny/new exercise at the end to add variety. Different exercises stress the body out and force it to work extra hard. That means that different exercises will burn more calories!



I always check out youtube for new and interesting kettlebell workout ideas. Most of the videos posted are pretty weak or are rehashes of the same old movements. Today however, I came across a very professional video by the people at diet.com that covers the basic kettlebell movements such as the kettlebell swing, snatch and front squat. Although a video such as this is nothing new, the reason I like this video so much for beginners is the great instruction given by Stephen Cabral . So many people do kettlbell training and really have no idea if there form is correct because no one can help them in person. If need some help with your form check this video out!
