Sock It To Me

You thought you were safe, but the fitness stylist is back to make sure your gym wardrobe is in as good of shape as you are!

I left off a couple things my Fitness FashionFaux Pas List.


This time I will elaborate on socks.
  1. OutlawLongSocks-

    If you are not living in Antarctica, on a 70's basketball team, or a male underwear model you do not need tube socks. There is no reason for this amount of fabric to be overflowing from your shoe.
    It's like a white cotton- eruption from volcano St. NIKE!





  2. The Non-Sock -

    Greatest invention for the foot, besides the toe nail clipper! Comfortable, cheap, undetectable, and don't distract from your cool running shoes or killer calves.


  3. Sure you want to keep your socks? Take a look at yourself!
