We were out of town for the weekend so I didn’t blog what I did on Friday and Saturday. I will keep it short and sweet. I did HIIT training on the treadmill. Basically, I only burned 50-75 more calories then if I would have done the treadmill the way I normally do. On Saturday I used my sister-in-laws Life Fitness elliptical. It was much more of a workout than the elliptical I use at my gym. It was a cross-trainer, meaning—it worked both my arms and legs. It felt more like I was running on the machine. Sunday I took a day off from working out and Monday I did the elliptical for 45 minutes and went home.
