weight loss and exercise today

I went to dance class today and danced most of the time approx 2 hrs with little to moderate pain in my back and legs; l sweated quite a bit but not as much as I wanted to; got a doctor's appt tomorrow hopefully this will help with the pain ...nothing else has so far!

Congrats on dancing for 2 hours. That sounds like a lot of exercise. I hope the doctor has some good news for you!

i am sorry that ur having trouble with your back and legs lets hope the doctor can do something for you.

Thanks Reesa and Lela, my back problem is the one reason I am not active enough but the doctor will try a procedure next week and hopefully this will work and I will be on the track at Akron U try to build up my endurance and health; I have a treadmill but I just don't have the motivation due not knowing when or where I will start hurting...this is a big problem for me as I like being active. Dancing is great but I am limited there depending on the movements but I love it so I give it a good effort!
