-People who think they have to eat alot everytime they are trying to add muscle.
-People who thinking they have to eat less everytime to lose weight.
-When people think speed training is about anything but the force you put into the ground. Read: All those skips and fancy devices suck.
-Not performing drop training with ankle injuries.
-Too much rep range variability.
-That being the strongest in your gym means a damn thing.
-People that hate on sled dragging.
-Thinking that progressing everytime doesn't matter.
-People that rag on bodybuilding since most strength coaches do. It's stupid since the first reason that got you into this was to look better.
-Taping ankle injuries.
-Not recommending neck flexor training for neck injuries.
-Not restoring proper scapula position with neck tension issues.
-Too much focus on the restoring glute strength for low back cases.
-People you trust, with your body, not knowing a damn thing about nerve entrapment. Trust me, it makes a world of difference.
