Workout for 6/20/2009, Cardio Only

treadmill Today was just the normal cardio workout day and it was a nice change of pace.  I do enjoy and really love doing cardio. I guess it’s just a feeling I get once I get started that really motivates me to continue on.

Today session went really well despite that I didn’t have any energy drinks before my workout. usually I have 2 of them to give me the extra boost I need. Even without that extra boost my session went really well and I saw no downside to it. I guess it shows you that they really don’t always give you the extr boost you think.  So from now on I won’t be using those drinks and that will in return save me some money as well. A double plus. :-)

So today I did:

  • 32 minutes Elliptical @ 2.04 miles, Level 16-17 & 575 calories burned.
  • 36 minutes Treadmill @ 2.03 miles, Incline 7 & 8%, 3.4 mph & 567calories burned.

So all in all it was 69 minutes and 1142 calories burned.

Not to bad if I don’t say so myself.

On that note it’s just about time for me to get to bed again. I am still nervous about Mondays weigh in. Last time I weigh myself the other day I was the same weight as last week. It’s a bit discouraging since I am eating right and I am exercising real hard.  I guess it will all come out on Monday. So come on back and see how I did. If no big improvement was made that I am going to have to reassess somethings.
