Can Acesulfame Potassium cause symptoms of fibromyalgia?

Had very difficult with fibromyalgia 13 yrs. ago, with treatmnet of prednisone in decreasing doses for about 2-1/2 yr. Had very harsh cold this week and to try to stiffle cough, drank four bottles of Fruit 2O yesterday. When I woke this morning, was barely able to get bout of bed.  Horribly stiff neck, painful shoulders and literally every joint in my body. Immediate thought was, oh no - fibromyalgia!! then remembered about the high fruit 2O consumption with artificial sweetner yesterday. Wonder about role of acesulfame K, if any??  Thank you
