There is a medication that have pan reliever, muscle relaxer& antiflammatory in it, do you know what that pill name?

Can you tell me?  I was given a pill several years ago,  I thought it was Skalaxin.  It had three layers of medication.  It works so well, when I went back to the dr to get another prescription the name was the same but the look was different.  Can you help me to find out what the medication is name?
