I have found that a good supplement of magnesium and calcium are quite helpful for achieving the deeper sleep that sufferers need to get relief during the day time. Also, a soak in magnesium sulfate baths or Epsom salts about 30 minutes before bed (2 cups should do it) works wonders for many.
