I love this! In fact, it gives me a good idea to write another article on different foods kids can make themselves. (My kids are at this moment eating microwave pancakes - okay, totally cheater food, but it's a busy morning!) thanks for the link.

I like to boil a bunch of eggs at the beginning of the week and we munch on the egg whites a couple of mornings.

I also make a big batch of oatmeal/whole wheat pancakes that are soft, freeze a bunch and eat up a couple of mornings.

Cook a 6 serving pot of oatmeal and throw in additions throughout the week.

Cereal and fruit!

Sometimes fruit/yogurt smoothies.
