I lost 50 lbs after my fifth baby QUICK.

I am so proud that I can say this.

The last two babies were 18 months apart and they were both c-sections. After hitting 200 lbs I thought I would never, ever lose the weight. However, luickily my husband introduced me to his ex coach at Rutgers University. He was the strength coach there and devised a resistant training work out system that he put on video.

After getting a role for a reality show I realised I had to get serious and lose the weight and get fit FAST. So, I stopped going to my kick boxing, and cycling, and yoga classes and I just did this for 60 minutes with my husband (tandem), but you can go solo...three times a week.

I could not believe how fast I lost the fat. The biggest reason is because of the very specific way you are working out, when you rest in between your body EATS YOUR FAT. While you sleep it regenerates itself and you are losing wieght. I dropped 6 dress sizes and did the show.

People stop me all the time and they can't believe it. So, I put together a photo journal (http://kennedygirls.wordpress.com/) and my story. The funny thing is I have very busy working lately and have not worked out in 6 months (uuugghh). I still have kept the weight down, and I am still toned. I really can't believe it.
