Are you having trouble getting your kids to eat vegetables? Is mealtime a constant struggle at your house? Do you struggle with your kids' sugar intake? Let me know what's going on...I can help! I have experience working with lots of families, and lots of different kids. I have ideas for you to try, and have seen them work!

How do you suggest dealing with peer pressure? Sometimes there are just too many icky snacks getting passed out around the neighborhood. I hate to be the mom saying no. Any clever ideas for this hard liner?
I say avoid saying no. Your kid won't die from eating a bag of glowing orange "cheese" crackers every once in a while, and prohibiting it is probably just going to make it worse. Don't offer these things at your house. Offer other things that taste good. When I was growing up, I coveted other kids' lunches and all those pre-packaged things. Now there are some high quality pre-packaged foods (fruit leather is a good one, it's pure dried fruit) which might be good to drop into your envious little child's lunch every now and then.
