Postpartum Weight Loss- Make Yourself a Priority

As a mom there’s so little “me time”.  In fact almost all of your time is spent taking care of everyone else.  This can result in fatigue, overwhelm, and in many cases exhaustion.  When was the last time you went out w/ your girlfriend? Read a good book? Got a massage?  I’m giving you permission..you deserve it!  Take some “me time” and notice how much happier you and your family will be.  When momma’s happy everyone is happy!
