Why can't I gain weight?

Posted by Dana Lynn G.

I eat and eat and I don't have an eating disorder. I keep it down and I don't take laxatives. I am healthy but don't over work out. My metabolism is out of control and so is my whole family. Oh well.

Has your doctor recommended that you gain weight or is it for your own personal reasons that you wish to gain it? If you are generally healthy, exercise, and eat well, I don't see an issue. Don't worry about it! Most of us would kill for fast metabolisms. You've been blessed with what we all want; enjoy it!
