The image above is an X-ray of the foot with the anatomy of the bones defined. The tibia (leg bone), talus (ankle bone), calcaneus (heel bone), navicular, cuneiform (tarsal bones), 1st and 5th metatarsals (long bones in the foot) and the phalanx or phalanges (toe bones).
