Joe pointed out that my math was off on "How Much Rest is Too Much".
In my example, I used five exercises with no rest between the exercises - a superset. Once you finished the five exercises - a round - you rested one minute. After three rounds, you would have rested three minutes; not fifteen. Your total time in the gym would be closer to thirty-three minutes; not forty five.
Even better.
You can also rest up to one minute between exercises if the superset concept is too demanding and still create a high metabolic demand. In that case, your rest time would be fifteen minutes.
Thanks for catching that one Joe.
