I'm not comfortable with nebulous plans. So, "Stay in Mississippi until they say you can leave" is driving me nuts. Luckily, we have a very nice place to stay and I have plenty of dictation to keep me busy (yeah, like that's what I want to do!).
Last night I slept in one room with Daughter and Husband in the other room with Son. Every time the baby cried (10:30, 2 and 5), Husband would prepare and bottle and I'd give it, then I'd spend 45 minutes holding her before she'd go back to sleep. It was a joyful night, all things considered, because I remembered (between the yawns) that this is what I prayed for. Still, I am a bit old for this and today I'm achey. Oh well. It's so worth it.
Daughter is in the pouch right now (we went with this one, the
adjustable pouch from Kangaroo Korner) and have a
sleepy wrap, too, which we haven't tried yet. The sleepy wrap seems complicated.
I'm almost looking forward to returning to work so I can have medical-based posts again. Don't get me wrong - family is my first priority, but I know a lot of readers are sick of these posts and I don't want to lose them.
Besides being a loving wife and mom, FD is an egomanical
StatCounter addict.
